Our Mission

The Mission of the Cheat Lake Rotary Club is to build meaningful friendships and build members up while we serve our local community as well as the world at large. We affect real change with real people interactions. We believe there is value by meeting in person each week, serving locally through hands-on projects as well as monetary donations and serving internationally with human development projects.

What Is Rotary?

Rotarians bring intelligence, financial resources and willing hearts to help others grow, become more healthy, support themselves and build stronger relationships with others. Rotarians create meaning for life.

Who Are We?

When we see a need, we don’t just look — we organize and take action to make this community, region, and world better because we are here. We are religiously, politically, and financially diverse. We act in unity and feel like a second family to each other.

Why Join Cheat Lake Rotary?

To bring goodness to others… to do business with people you know and trust… to develop relationships with community business and civic leaders… to develop leadership and speaking skills… to gain exposure to diverse cultures and beliefs.

Welcome from President Miller

Update Coming Soon…

Welcome to The Rotary Club of Cheat Lake. Stay a few minutes, click around, get to know us. What you find is a strong desire to make a difference in our community, with other people who want to make a difference, doing something that makes a difference, at a time that makes a difference. We have a strong desire to serve those in our community that are in need. We also like to have fun and build lasting relationships with each other. We want to attract others in our community to join us. More Rotarians, means more people are served, more people are fed, clothed and provided the most basic of needs. The need is bigger than you think. That’s where Rotary steps in. If you have a heart to serve, a desire to make a difference, we want you! Visit us any Tuesday morning from 7:30am  – 8:30am, we’d love for you to be a part of our mission.
